Player of the Week
Grace Lesko, Mercy
Junior | Forward | Northampton, Pa.
Lesko scored a game-high and career-high-tying 30 points on 11-of-16 shooting with a game-high eight rebounds as Mercy earned a share of their first-ever ECC Regular Season Championship with a 73-47 Senior Day win over STAC on Saturday. The junior also added two assists and has now scored 30 points three times this season.
Defensive Player of the Week
Aiyana Ellis, District of Columbia
Graduate | Forward | King George, Va.
Ellis averaged 15.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.0 blocks, 3.0 steals, and 2.5 assists per game, anchoring UDC defensively while maintaining strong offensive production. In the matchup against Molloy, Ellis was a defensive force, recording six blocks, four steals, and eight rebounds — seven of which came on the defensive end. Her rim protection and ability to disrupt passing lanes consistently altered possessions and limited scoring opportunities. She followed that performance with a complete effort in the win over Queens, pouring in a season-high 25 points while adding eight rebounds, two blocks, and two steals. Her defensive presence helped hold Queens to just 43 total points, setting the tone for a dominant team effort.
Rookie of the Week
Aniyah Jones, Roberts Wesleyan
Freshman | Guard/Forward | East Syracuse, N.Y.
Freshman Aniyah Jones helped Roberts finish the season on a positive note with a pair of double-digit scoring games to end the year. She scored 13 points against Daemen in the mid-week match and then led the Redhawks with 17 points and nine rebounds (seven defensive) in a season-ending win over D'Youville. She added a pair of steals in the game and had three thefts for the week. She was 10-for-20 from the field and connected on 2-of-3 from 3-point range with 16 rebounds (10 defensive) and six assists for the week.

Ne'vaeh Buntley, Daemen
Sophomore | Forward | Rochester, N.Y.
Buntley scored a game-high 28 points on 11-of-21 (52.4%) shooting, grabbed four rebounds, and tallied two assists and three steals in Daemen's win over Roberts Wesleyan.
Shyla Montgomery, Daemen
Senior | Guard | Brockton, Mass.
Montgomery scored a career-high 17 points on 7-of-10 (70%) shooting, grabbed six rebounds, and tallied three steals and three assists in Daemen's win over Roberts Wesleyan.
Aliyah Eason, District of Columbia
Freshman | Guard | Fort Washington, Md.
Eason averaged 17.0 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.0 steals per game, in a 1-1 week for the Firebirds. In the matchup against Molloy, Eason came off the bench to lead the team with 20 points, adding four rebounds, three assists, three steals, and a block in a complete all-around effort. She followed that performance with 14 points, one assist, and one steal in the win over Queens.
Amani Abuhatab, Mercy

Abuhatab scored 21 points on 7-of-12 shooting with three rebounds and one steal as Mercy earned a share of their first-ever ECC Regular Season Championship with a 73-47 Senior Day win over STAC on Saturday.
Sharmeela Ugbogbo, Molloy
Freshman | Center | Bronx, N.Y.
Ugbogbo led the Lions with an average of 14.0 rebounds per game on the week to go with 8.0 points and 1.5 assists per game. The freshman's week was highlighted by a double-double at Staten Island with 10 points and 15 rebounds, adding an assist and a block. Earlier, Ugbogbo put up 13 rebounds to go with six points, two blocks, a steal, and an assist against UDC.
Sophia Yearwood, Molloy
Senior | Guard | Northport, N.Y.
Yearwood averaged 21.5 points per game on the week for the Lions. The senior netted 25 points and added eight rebounds in Molloy's win over UDC, shooting 40 percent from the field and going 10-for-10 from the foul line. To close the regular season, Yearwood put up 18 points on a 50 percent day from both the field (7-of-14) and three-point range (4-of-8). On the week, she added an average of 6.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game, shooting at .448 from the field, .411 from long distance, and 1.000 from the foul line.
Shonyae Edmonds, Staten Island
Junior | Guard | Albany, N.Y.
After averaging a double-double in the 2-0 week for CSI, the junior has recorded five consecutive double-doubles after the conclusion of Saturday's contest. On Wednesday at Queens, she led the team with 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in the process and on Saturday versus Molloy, she garnered 23 points to lead the team in scoring will grabbing 13 rebounds and also four steals. For the week, she averages 19.0 ppg and 12.0 rebounds per game while shooting 52% (16-31) from the field.
