Offensive Player of the Week

Brian Green, Molloy
Junior, MF, Kings Park, NY
Green tallied eight points on the week for #14 Molloy. The junior started off with three assists in a close contest against #1 Adelphi before putting up five points on four goals and an assist in a victory over RV Mercy that clinched the regular season for the Lions, who enter the final game of the regular season undefeated in league play.


Defensive Player of the Week

Connor Pearce, Roberts Wesleyan
Senior, Defense, Mono, Ontario, Canada
Senior Connor Pearce led a strong Roberts defense with five caused turnovers including two in the fourth quarter as the Redhawks upended Frostburg State to stay in playoff contention for the ECC Tournament.


Goalie of the Week

John Basile, Molloy
Senior, GK, West Islip, NY
Basile tallied a save percentage of .512 in a week against two nationally-ranked opponents. The senior stopped 13 shots in a one-goal loss to #1 Adelphi University before adding nine saves, five ground balls, and a caused turnover against RV Mercy to clinch the regular season for #14 Molloy.


Rookie of the Week

Jaden Simick, Molloy
Freshman, Attack, Milton, Ontario, Canada
Simick tallied five points on three goals and two assists against RV Mercy to help #14 Molloy clinch the regular season title. The freshman also added an assist at #1 Adelphi on the week and picked up a total of three ground balls.


ECC Weekly Honor Roll

Logan Schwartz, D'Youville
Senior, Defense, Depew, NY              
Schwartz was the leader of the Saints' defensive efforts in the team's 6-5 win over Post University, causing three turnovers while adding six groundballs on the day.
 
Williiam Nichols, D'Youville
Senior, GK, Palmyra, NY
Nichols came up clutch many times for the Saints in the team's 605 win over Post University, making 15 saves on 20 shots faced, while adding three groundballs. Nichols made seven saves in the final frame of action including a key save with nine seconds left in regulation to salt the game away for the Saints.
 
Carsyn Kent, D'Youville
Junior, MF, Whitby, Ontario
Though only having two goals on the week, none were bigger for Kent and the Saints as he scored the game-winner with 28 seconds left in regulation to help the Saints win 6-5 over Post University.
 
Amarius Sekajipo, District of Columbia
Freshman, MF, Tampa Florida
In the Firebirds match up against STAC, Sekajipo posted three points on two assists and a goal. He also scooped up seven ground balls.
 
Nicholas Filocamo, Mercy
Sophomore, LSM, Levittown, NY
Filocamo had a game-high four caused turnovers with three ground balls at #14 Molloy on Saturday.
 
Jack Agres, Mercy
Senio, Attack, Farmingdale, NY
Agres had a career-high and game-high-tying four goals to go with four ground balls and one caused turnover at #14 Molloy on Saturday.
 
Cole Hunsberger, Mercy
Sophomore, Attack, Waterloo, Ontario
Hunsberger had a game-high-tying five points on three goals and two assists at #14 Molloy on Saturday.
 
Devon Duchnowski, Mercy
Senior, MF, Miller Place, NY
Duchnowski had two goals, an assist, one ground ball and one caused turnover at #14 Molloy on Saturday.
 
Brandon Pazienza, Molloy
Senior, FO, Holtsville, NY
Pazienza had a stand-out week at the face-off dot for #14 Molloy, winning over 63 percent of his chances. The senior had double digit wins both against #1 Adelphi (11) and RV Mercy (15) and picked up eight ground balls in each contest. Pazienza made his presence known on the offensive side of the ball in league play, scoring a career-high two goals on his senior day against the Mavericks.
 
Landon Brimmer, Roberts Wesleyan
Sophomore, GK, Shaftsbury, VT
Sophomore Landon Brimmer finished with nine saves including five in the second half as Roberts held on for a 9-8 victory over Frostburg State in ECC play Saturday.
 
Isaac Marrero, Roberts Wesleyan
Senior, M/FO, Utica, NY
Senior Isaac Marrero was a key factor in the ball-control offense for the Redhawks as he won 16-of-18 face offs including the key face off with 1:39 left in the game after Frostburg had trimmed the lead down to 9-8. He also picked up a game high 11 ground balls.
 
Chase Wilson, Roberts Wesleyan
Sophomore, Attack, Hilton, NY
Sophomore Chase Wilson scored three goals to lead Roberts to a key 9-8 win over Frostburg State in ECC competition Saturday. He scored twice in the first half and added a third goal late in the third quarter to give the Redhawks their largest lead at 8-4. He added three ground balls and a caused turnover for Roberts.
 
Nicola Greer, St. Thomas Aquinas
Junior, MF, Lorraine, Quebec, Canada
Greer tallied six goals on 12 total shots (10 on goal) in games against Bridgeport and UDC last week. The junior midfielder also scooped up 11 groundballs.
 
Liam Noseworthy, St. Thomas Aquinas
Freshman, M/A, Greenfield Park, Quebec, Canada
Noseworthy tallied three goals on five total shots (three on goal) and added four helpers in games against Bridgeport and UDC last week. The freshman midfielder/attackman also scooped up a pair of ground balls and added a caused turnover.
