Offensive Player of the Week
Chase Buckwalter, Frostburg State
Graduate Student | Midfield | Westminster, Md.
Buckwalter led the No. 19 Frostburg State offense with seven goals and four assists for 11 total points in two wins. The Frostburg State graduate student midfielder scored a career-high six goals against Wilmington, while also providing two assists and two ground balls. He then had a goal and two helpers, including the game-winning assist, in FSU’s seven-goal comeback win over Molloy.
Defensive Player of the Week
Craig Peavy, St. Thomas Aquinas
Senior | Goalkeeper | Uniondale, N.Y.
Peavy led the Spartans to a 2-0 win in goal, allowing only nine total goals on 36 shots faced. On the week, the senior goalie posted a 4.50 goals against average and a .750 save percentage.
Rookie of the Week
Joseph Casarella, St. Thomas Aquinas
Freshman | Attackman | Sloatsburg, N.Y.
Casarella tallied six goals and two assists over two games (also two wins) last week for STAC. The freshman attackman registered 24 total shots (11 on goal), scooped up three ground balls and caused two turnovers.

TJ Heyder, Mercy
Graduate Student | Attackman | Port Jefferson Station, N.Y.
Heyder had a game-high six points on a game-high four goals with two assists and one ground ball in No. 7/9 Mercy's 22-2 win over UDC on Friday.
Michael Huff, St. Thomas Aquinas
Senior | Midfielder | Eastport, N.Y.
Huff tallied three goals and added eight helpers over two win for St. Thomas Aquinas last week, including one goal and three assists against Felician and two goals with seven assists against D’Youville.
Seamus Kearney, Frostburg State
Junior | Long Stick Midfielder | Mt. Airy, Md.
Kearney led a solid defensive effort for No. 19 Frostburg State in a pair of wins with six total caused turnovers and eight ground balls. Against Wilmington, Kearney had a season-high five caused turnovers and seven ground balls. He then dished out his first two assists of the season to go with a ground ball and a caused turnover against Molloy.
Jason Kuehner, Mercy
Senior | Face-Off Specialist | Hackettstown, N.J.
Kuehner had a goal and went 14-of-17 on face-offs with a game-high 12 ground balls in No. 7/9 Mercy's 22-2 win over UDC on Friday.
Christian Michaels, Molloy
Junior | Goalkeeper | Smithtown, N.Y.
Michaels was a force in net this week for the Lions, putting up a .621 save percentage. The junior made a season-high 20 saves to help Molloy to a 13-10 victory over Post University. He followed it up with 16 saves in a 12-11 loss against No. 19 Frostburg State.
Brandon Pazienza, Molloy
Sophomore | Face-Off Specialist | Holtsville, N.Y.
Pazienza won nearly 60 percent of his face-offs on the week, going 17-for-24 against Post before going 12-of-25 against No. 19 Frostburg State. The sophomore also topped the Lions with 15 ground balls on the week.
Austin Sipes, Frostburg State
Senior | Attackman | York, Pa.
Sipes scored six goals across two games, including four in helping No. 19 Frostburg State complete the comeback in a 12-11 win over Molloy.
