Diego Arellano Jasso, Roberts Wesleyan
Sophomore, Decathlon, Brockport, NY
Sophomore Diego Arellano Jasso returned from injury to post a career-best points total in the Decathlon at the Brockport Multi and Invitational Sunday and Monday. He finished with 5700 points. His score ranks No. 1 in the East Region.

Paige Reeser, Roberts Wesleyan
Sophomore, Denver, PA
Sophomore Paige Reeser established a new outdoor 5K record at Roberts as she raced to a time of 17:25.55 at the Bison Outdoor Classic hosted by Bucknell University. She was fifth in the first of three heats in the race. The time was 20 seconds faster than her pervious PR of 17:45.40 and was nearly three seconds faster than the previous record set by Rachel Horner-Richardson last year at the Last Chance meet in Ohio. The time puts her No. 2 in the East Region and at the top of the ECC standings. She was also named the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Track Athlete of the Week.

Adonijah Washington, College of Staten Island
Sophomore, Multi, Bronx, NY
Adonijah made history for the CSI Outdoor Track and Field team at the Oscar Moore Invitational when she posted the first ever national qualifier in the Triple Jump with a distance of 12.12 m. She is currently 15th in the nation, first in the East Region, with that marker and she finished first overall in the triple jump event.She also competed in the 400m hurdles race where she came in third overall with a finalized time of 1:09.52.

Junior, Throws, Massena, NY
Oliver placed third in the hammer throw invite with a toss of 45.26m, ranking fourth in program history
Patsy Oberholzer, Daemen
Senior, Distance, Greece, NY
Oberholzer won the 10,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 39:13.18, ranking seventh in program history. She finished over four minutes ahead of the second-place runner.
Ava Shepherd, Molloy
Sophomore, West Hempstead, NY
Sophomore Ava Shepherd was able to establish a new personal-best at the Wilton Wright Invite (Apr. 10). Shepherd's new mark came in the triple jump, reaching 10.19 meters. This performance earned Shepherd an eighth-place finish. Shepherd also received a top-ten finish in the high jump, recording a best attempt of 1.45 meters and finishing in ninth.
Marie Naudus, Molloy
Graduate Student, Island Park, NY
Graduate student Marie Naudus claimed a program record for the third consecutive meet this past weekend at the Silfen Invite (Apr. 10–11). Naudus broke the previous program mark of 4:42.53 in the 1500-meter, recording a time of 4:39.66. Her performance earned her a fourth-place finish among 31 competitors.
Carli Sheiffele, Molloy
Sophomore, Mount Sinai, NY
Sophomore Carli Sheiffele bested the program record in the 3000-meter steeplechase that she herself set just last meet. Sheiffele recorded a time of 11:24.56, finishing third among 16 competitors. This performance erased nearly 15 seconds from the previous program mark.
Kathleen Healy, Molloy
Senior, Malverne, NY
Senior Kathleen Healy claimed yet another program record in her performance this past weekend at the Silfen Invite (Apr. 10). Healy was able to erase nearly three minutes off the previous program record of 39:45.95 that she herself set last season. Healy recorded a time of 36:48.04, finishing third among 28 competitors.
Jordyn Cruz, Queens
Freshman, Holbrook, NY
At the Knights Invitational, rookie Jordyn Cruz impressed, recording a career-best time of 1:09.87 in the 400m hurdles to claim a first-place finish.
Carly Koprowski, Queens
Junior, Wantagh, NY
Junior Carly Koprowski posted two career-best performances at the Knights Invitational, placing fifth in the 200m dash with a time of 27.51 and finishing second in the 400m dash in 59.01, the third-fastest time among ECC competitors this season.
Karis Kraf, Roberts Wesleyan

Sophomore Karis Kraf won the pole vault competition at the Brockport Multi and Invitational meet Sunday afternoon as she cleared 3.85 meters (12' 7 ¬Ω) and did not miss a vault until the final bar at 13' 3 ¬Ω". She is currently ranked 11th in the nation and second in the East Region. "
Michaela Goettel, Roberts Wesleyan
Freshman, North Chili, NY
Freshman Michaela Goettel had another great weekend as she ran in multiple events at the Bison Outdoor Classic at Bucknell University. She ran personal best times in the 800 meters with a time of 2:18.35 and also a PR in the 1500 with a time of 4:42.24. Her times rank third (800) and second (1500) in the latest ECC standings.
Victoria Maher, St. Thomas Aquinas
Sophomore, Throws, Marlboro, NY
Maher won the discus with a throw of 43.19m (141'8) and placed fifth in the hammer throw with a toss of 49.10m (161'1") at the RPI Friday Night Under the Lights & Alumni Meet."

Junior, Baltimore, MD
Johnson earned a silver medal in the 5,000-meter run with a program record and personal-best time of 15:21.99. He finished six seconds ahead of the third-place finisher in a field of 29 runners.
Amir Carter-Thomas, Molloy
Junior, Brooklyn, NY
Junior Amir Carter-Thomas had himself a record-breaking performance this past weekend at the Wilton Wright Invite (Apr. 10). Carter-Thomas was able to best a program record that had stood for over a decade in the hammer throw, recording a top throw of 44.22 meters. This throw earned Carter-Thomas an 11th-place finish and added over four meters to the previous program record.
David Crews, Molloy
Junior, Jamaica, NY
Junior David Crews had a tremendous day at the Wilton Wright Invite (Apr. 10). Crews recorded a top jump of 6.85 meters to finish fourth in the long jump, while also setting a personal best of 10.99 in the 100-meter to place sixth.
Peter Bagattine, Molloy
Junior, Bay Shore, NY
Junior Peter Bagattine set a personal best in the 5000-meter at the Silfen Invite (Apr. 10-11). Bagattine recorded a time of 15:24.78, finishing 27th among 55 competitors.
Daniel DeGregori, Queens
Junor, East Meadow, NY
At the Knights Invitational on Friday, junior Daniel DeGregori recorded a career-best time of 4:12.49 in the 1500m to earn a first-place finish.
Jackson Doran, Roberts Wesleyan
Graduate, Lockport, NY
Graduate student Jackson Doran broke his own school record in the 1500-meter run at the Bison Outdoor Classic hosted by Bucknell University over the weekend. He clocked a new record time of 3:44.09 as he placed seventh overall. The old record was set last year by Doran at the Last Chance meet in May in Ohio with a time of 3:45.49 which broke an 18-yer old record at Roberts.

Hurd placed third in the javelin event with a throw of 47.13m (154'7) at the RPI Friday Night Under the Lights Alumni Meet."

Gallagher placed fifth in the shot put event with a throw of 14.53m (47'8) at the RPI Friday Night Under the Lights Alumni Meet."
Darwin Almonte, St. Thomas Aquinas
Freshman, Sprints/Hurdles, Haverstraw, NY
Almonte won the 110 meter hurdles in a time of 15.10 and helped his 4x100 meter relay team to a second-place finish with a time of 42.37 at the RPI Friday Night Under the Lights Alumni Meet.
