Aaron Goldstein, Staten Island

Goldstein poured in 56 points across two non-conference wins over Wilmington and Holy Family last week, leading the CSI charge with 28.0 points per game and 5.5 assists per game while shooting 58.0 percent (14-of-24) from the field, including 57 percent (13-of-23) from deep, and 94 percent (15-of-16) from the free-throw line. In the 93-88 win over Wilmington on Saturday, Goldstein scored 33 points, including eight three-pointers (in 13 attempts) to sit second all time at CSI with-three pointers made in a game. Against Wilmington, Goldstein led all scorers with 23 points (6-of-11 FG) with five three-pointers while going 6-of-6 from the charity stripe with six assists.
Defensive Player of the Week
Justin Hemphill, Daemen
Redshirt Senior | F | Buffalo, N.Y.
Hemphill continues to be a big presence defensively for No. 2 Daemen, helping the Wildcats lead the ECC and rank top 25 nationally in both field goal percentage defense and scoring defense. Despite fouling out with more than nine minutes remaining, Hemphill had five defensive rebounds, one block, and one steal in Wednesday's 10-point win over No. 21 Assumption, helping the Wildcats hold the high-powered Greyhounds to season-lows in points (67) and field goal percentage (35.7). In Saturday's 73-61 win over Saint Michael's, Hemphill provided elite rim protection as he recorded a career-high seven blocked shots to go with five more defensive rebounds and a steal. For the season, Hemphill ranks second in steals, sixth in rebounds and blocks among the ECC leaders - the only player to rank in the top six of all three categories.
Rookie of the Week
Henri Mennander, Queens
Freshman | F | Helsinki, Finland
Mennander led the Knights offensively, averaging 14.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks per game. In a back-and-forth contest against Pace, the rookie totaled nine points, seven rebounds, and two blocks. Mennander followed with a standout performance in the 74–71 comeback victory over Georgian Court, recording his fourth career double-double with a game-high 20 points, 16 rebounds, two blocks, and one steal.

Justin Glover, Daemen
Senior | G | Buffalo, N.Y.
Glover was the catalyst behind another pair of Daemen victories as the No. 2 Wildcats improved to 14-0, extending their regular season winning streak to 45 by defeating No. 21 Assumption (77-67) and Saint Michael's (73-61). Glover scored 11 of his 13 points in the second half of the win over Assumption, including a trio of three-pointers during a game-closing 25-14 spurt that turned a 53-52 deficit into a 10-point win. He followed up with another strong performance against Saint Michael's, scoring a season-high 19 points and grabbing a career-high seven rebounds. He was again pivotal in the second half, scoring 13 points. His three-pointer at the 2:45 mark came during a game-defining 11-2 run and gave Daemen a 62-55 lead, one they would not relinquish. For the week, Glover averaged 16.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game while shooting 50 percent from the field, 54.5 percent from three-point range and a perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line.
Tahj-Malik Campbell, Queens

Campbell averaged 11.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.0 blocks over two games. Returning from a two-game absence, Campbell posted eight points and four rebounds against Pace on Wednesday. He capped the week with his fourth double-double in the 74–71 comeback win over Georgian Court, finishing with 15 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, two blocks, and two steals.
Zach Philipkoski, Daemen
Junior | G | New Hartford, N.Y.
Philipkoski averaged 19.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 2.0 steals while leading No. 2 Daemen to wins over No. 21 Assumption and Saint. Michael's last week. Philipkoski flirted with a triple-double against Assumption - Daemen's third win against a ranked opponent this season - finishing with 20 points (game-high), 16 rebounds (career-high) and eight assists (career-high). He added 18 points, six rebounds and three steals against Saint Michael's, and finished the week shooting a perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line.
Joey Poulin, Staten Island
Sophomore | G | Troy, N.Y.
In the 2-0 week for the Dolphins, Poulin had a solid showing on both offense and defense. In the win over Wilmington, the CSI sophomore guard led the defensive charge with three blocks and one steal while posting eight points. Against Wilmington on Saturday, Poulin went 4-of-5 from behind the arc for a season-high of 14 points to go with seven rebounds.
Kohen Rowbatham, Mercy
Sophomore | G | Slidell, La.
Rowbatham averaged a team-high 25.5 points per game on 48.8 percent shooting from the floor with 3.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game as Mercy went 0-2 on the week. The sophomore opened the week with 21 points on 9-of-17 shooting with four assists and two rebounds at Goldey-Beacom on Thursday. The guard ended the week with a game- and career-high 30 points with five rebounds, three assists, and three steals at Franklin Pierce on Sunday.
Oliver Spence, District of Columbia
Freshman | Center/Forward | Slovakia, Europe
Spence turned in a strong performance during a 1–1 week for the Firebirds, providing consistent production and efficiency on the offensive end. The rookie averaged 12.5 points per game while shooting an efficient 52 percent from the field. In addition to his scoring, Spence contributed on the glass, averaging 3.5 rebounds per game, and continued to provide valuable minutes as a reliable presence in the frontcourt. Spence dropped 10 points with six rebounds, two assists, and two steals in just 12 minutes in a 74-66 win over Livingstone and added a team-high 15 points against Chestnut Hill.
Jared Weakly, Molloy
Junior | F | Valley Stream, N.Y.
Weakly continued to be a rim protector for the Lions this week. In two games, the junior collected eight blocks, including tying a season-high five denials at Goldey-Beacom on Tuesday alongside nine rebounds (seven defensive) and 13 points. Weakly ended the week snagging eight rebounds all on the defensive glass and three blocks at Southern Connecticut. To cap the week, Weakly averaged 10 points, 8.5 rebounds, 4 blocks, and 1.5 steals per game.
