Hillman was a key point in the Bulldog’s second-place finish at the New England Cup this past weekend, earning All-Tournament Team honors after finishing with an overall total of 763. The Bryant junior averaged 254 for three games of qualifying, with a total of 763 and a 287 game against nationally-ranked Merrimack. Hillman also averaged 19.10 for baker and shot 604 for the singles portion of the event. In the first match, the Black and Gold defeated Saint Anselm, 978-810; Hillman led Bryant with 232 points in the victory.
Rookie of the Week
Kenzie Davis, Saint Anselm
Freshman | Barrington, NH
At the New England Cup, hosted by Bryant, Davis averaged 177.7 during team play, striking 36.7 percent of her attempts and finishing her day with games of 193 and 189. Davis boasted an impressive 9.5 first ball average with a 19.67 frame average to go along with a 60 percent strike rate. She also double struck all available frames and also set up the 10th frame cleanly every time.

At the New England Cup, hosted by Bryant, McNemar lead the Hawks with a 197.3 average, good for sixth overall during team play, striking 60 percent of her frames and bowling 256 in Game One. During baker play, she also struck 60 percent of the frames, while doubling 83 percent of her available attempts and posting a 23.8 10th frame average to anchor the Hawks.
