WEST BABYLON, N.Y. – ECC Regular-Season Co-Champions Molloy (30-22, 16-4 ECC) and St. Thomas Aquinas (33-22, 16-4 ECC) have made the NCAA Softball Championship East Region bracket, as announced in the NCAA's Selection Show on Monday morning. The Lions earn the No. 6 seed while St. Thomas Aquinas, who earned the ECC's automatic bid after winning the ECC Softball Championship on Saturday, will go in as the No. 8 seed.

St. Thomas Aquinas will face No. 1 Wilmington on Thursday, May 9 at 11:00 a.m. in Wilmington, Del. as Wilmington will host the field of No. 4 Assumption, No. 5 St. Anselm, and the No. 8 Spartans. 

Molloy will face No. 3 Pace on Thursday, May 9 at 2:30 p.m. in Garden City, N.Y. as No. 2 Adelphi will host the field of the No. 3 Setters, No. 6 Lions, and No. 7 Bridgeport.
