Dzimian hit .647 (11-for-17) with a double, two triples, and six RBI at the plate this weekend. In Sunday's 12-1 win over Lincoln, Dzimian went 3-for-4 with a double, triple, and an RBI and also threw six innings on the mound, allowing just one run on three hits and striking out five. In Saturday's 14-2 win over Lincoln, Dzimian went 4-for-6 with a triple and three RBI. Dzimian recorded a base hit in all four games this weekend, extending his hitting streak to 13 games.
Co-Player of the Week
Anthony Manisero, Molloy
Senior | Outfield | Staten Island, N.Y.
Manisero continued to see the ball well at the plate extending his hitting streak to 10 games in a 5-1 week for the Lions. The senior collected five multi-hit and three-multi RBI games, including a four hit, four RBI performance against Staten Island on Sunday where he fell a triple shy of the cycle. To cap the week, Manisero hit .560 (14-for-25), drove in eight runs, scored seven times, belted three home runs, and stole two bases.
Pitcher of the Week
Chris Auclair, D’Youville
Junior | Pitcher | Baldwinsville, N.Y.
Auclair threw seven shutout innings and struck out a season-high 11 batters while only allowing four hits in D'Youville's 15-0 win against Lincoln on Friday.
Rookie of the Week
Nevin Scaperotti, Mercy
Freshman | Pitcher/Infielder | Stormville, N.Y.
Scaperotti allowed just two earned runs and struck out seven in six innings of work to earn his fifth win of the season at STAC on Friday. The freshman also went 1-for-1 with a run scored and an RBI in game one against STAC on Saturday.

Alec Boucher, D’Youville
Junior | Infielder | Essex, Ontario
Boucher went 9-for-14 with a double and 6 RBI in four games against Lincoln this weekend. Boucher has now recorded a hit and driven in a run in seven of his last eight games. In their doubleheader sweep over Lincoln on Friday, Boucher went 6-for-6 with four RBI.
Marc Cisco, Queens
Junior | Second Base | Long Island City, N.Y.
In a 3-1 week for the Knights junior second baseman Marc Cisco led the way batting a team-high .429, SLG % of .500, and OB % of .500 with six hits, one double, two RBI, two walks, three stolen bases, and a team-high four runs scored. The junior recorded a four-game hitting streak to go with two multi-hit performances. In the Knights’ Senior Day sweep over Bloomsburg Saturday afternoon Cisco went 3-7 AB, two RBI, three runs scored, and a stolen base.
Charlie Cucchiara, Molloy
Graduate Student | Pitcher | East Meadow, N.Y.
Cucchiara improved to 9-0 Friday against Staten Island. The right-hander was perfect through four innings before allowing his only hit of the afternoon in the fifth inning finishing with a final line score of seven innings, one hit, and a career-high 11 strikeouts.
JJ DeVito, Molloy
Junior | Outfield | Wantagh, N.Y.
DeVito continued to be a catalyst atop the Lions lineup in a 5-1 week, collecting four multi-hit games and driving in runs in three contests, highlighted by a three hit, four-RBI game against Staten Island on Saturday. On the week, DeVito his .500 (13-for-26) scored nine runs, collected seven RBI, and blasted two home runs.
Danny Gargano, Queens
Senior | Pitcher | Middle Island, N.Y.
Gargano produced two saves on the season in 3.2 innings of work allowing two hits, two earned runs, two walks, and a team-high nine strikeouts on the year. On Tuesday in the 4-2 victory over Adelphi, the righty delivered in 2.0 innings of work allowing one hit and striking out four batters to earn his sixth save of the year. In the top of the eighth, Gargano would fire an immaculate inning as he struck out all three batters. On Senior Day Saturday in the 9-8 game two victory over Bloomsburg, Gargano worked 1.2 innings allowing two hits, two earned runs, and five strikeouts. After working out of trouble in the top of the sixth, he would strike out the Huskies in order in the top of the seventh to earn his team-leading seventh save of the year as Queens completed a Senior Day sweep in style.
Nolan Giblin, Mercy
Graduate Student | Third Baseman | Syracuse, N.Y.
Giblin hit .471 (8-for-17) with a team-high four RBI to go with two runs scored in four games. The graduate student opened the week going 4-for-5 with two RBI and a run in Mercy's win over STAC on Friday. The third baseman then went 3-for-7 with an RBI and a run scored in a doubleheader against STAC on Saturday, setting a school record with his 211th career hit in game two. Giblin ended the week going 1-for-5 with an RBI at STAC on Sunday.
Bobby LeFevre, St. Thomas Aquinas
Redshirt Freshman | Pitcher | Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
LeFevre posted a record of 2-0 in two appearances (one start), to help the Spartans go 4-1 on the week, while tallying a 3.60 ERA with 6 total strikeouts over 10.0 innings pitched.
Robert Lucano, Molloy
Graduate Student | Pitcher | Garden City, N.Y.
Lucano was masterful in Molloy's, 3-0, victory over Pace on Tuesday. The left-hander tossed his first career complete game shutout allowing nine hits and striking out two while throwing 97 pitches.
Billy Morris, D’Youville
Sophomore | Infielder/Pitcher | Lancaster, N.Y.
In Saturday's 14-2 win over Lincoln, Morris threw a career-high eight innings, allowing just one run on three hits and struck out four. At the plate, Morris went 5-for-15 with 4 RBI and reached base safely in all four games.
David Potenza, St. Thomas Aquinas
Redshirt Junior | Outfield | Staten Island, N.Y.
Potenza hit .538 (7-for-13) with a triple, while driving in six and scoring five times in five games played. The red-shirt junior outfielder was also walked once by opposing pitchers, hit another four times by pitches and went a perfect 5-for-5 in stolen base attempts.
