Sean McAdams, Mercy

McAdams hit a team-high .450 (9-for-20) with six runs, six RBI, two doubles and two stolen bases as Mercy went 5-1 on the week. The junior opened the week going 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run in the win over Holy Family on Tuesday before going 3-for-3 with three runs in the win at regionally-ranked Southern Connecticut State on Wednesday. The second baseman then went 2-for-4 in Mercy's game one win over Kutztown on Friday. McAdams ended the week going 2-for-7 with four RBI and two runs in the Mavericks' sweep of Kutztown on Saturday.
Pitcher of the Week
James Sill, Molloy
Sophomore | 1B/P | Levittown, NY
Sill was dominant on Saturday, tossing his first complete game shut out as a Lion against Franklin Pierce. The right-hander pitched seven innings allowing just four hits and struck out nine to improve to 3-0 on the campaign.
Rookie of the Week
Andre Jenkins, Mercy
Freshman | P | Chester, NY
Jenkins pitched 4.0 innings with one earned run allowed and three strikeouts to earn the win in game two of Mercy's sweep of Kutztown on Saturday.

Matt Filip, Queens
Senior | 1B | Maspeth, NY
Facing nationally and regionally ranked foes over the course of six games, senior first baseman Matt Filip boasted a team-high batting average of .412, SLG % of .647, and OB % of .524 as he recorded seven hits, one double, one home run, three RBI, three walks, and two runs scored. In the four-game series against #7/#10 West Chester Filip recorded a blistering batting average of .638, SLG % of 1.000, and OB % of .500 totaling two multi-hit games including a perfect and career-best 4-4 at the plate in the final game of the series.
Joseph Gonzalez, Mercy
Senior | SS | Monroe, NY
Gonzalez hit .435 (10-for-23) with six runs, four RBI, three stolen bases and one triple as Mercy went 5-1 on the week. The senior opened the week going 1-for-3 in the win over Holy Family on Tuesday. The shortstop went 3-for-8 with a run scored in Mercy's split with Kutztown on Friday. Gonzalez ended the week going 6-for-7 with four RBI and four runs in the Mavericks' sweep of Kutztown on Saturday.
Rob Jacobsen, Queens
Senior | 2B | Temecula, CA
Facing nationally and regionally ranked foes over the course of six games, senior second baseman Robert Jacobsen recorded a batting average of .400, SLG % of .800, OB % of .409 totaling eight hits, one double, two triples, one home run, four RBI and five runs scored. The senior also tallied three multi-hit games with two (2) hits and one (3) hit game. In the comeback victory over regionally-ranked Adelphi Jacobsen went 2-4 AB recording one double, one triple, one RBI, and three runs scored as Queens rallied to win a thrilling 11-10 victory.
Jack Kehoe, Staten Island
Freshman | OF | Staten Island, NY
Kehoe was dominant in a complete game shutout effort against Shippensburg on Friday as he pitched the Dolphins to a 1-0 victory over the Raiders. In 7.0 innings of work, he allowed just two hits and struck out five as the Dolphins held on to win in the seventh. The senior is now second in the conference with a 2.66 ERA and third in strikeouts with 26. He is also top-five in innings-pitched, opponent batting average and runs allowed.
Aidan Larkin, Molloy
Graduate Student | 2B | Huntington, NY
Hitting in the heart of the Lions order, Larkin continued his hot hitting at the plate in Molloy's 3-1 week. The graduate student hit .411 (7-for-17) totaling five RBI, four runs, three stolen bases, one homer and one double. The second basemen kicked off the week hitting his first home run of the season as part of a three hit day in Molloy's win over Bentley (Mar. 10) while scoring three runs and driving in three. Larkin then went on to hit 4-for-8 in Molloy's doubleheader split against Franklin Pierce (Mar. 15), where he tallied three hits, one run, and one RBI in the game two victory.
Ryan McCarthy, D’Youville
Redshirt Sophomore | RHP | Hamburg, NY
McCarthy turned in a strong outing for the Saints on Saturday, tossing a complete game with three strikeouts and just two earned runs allowed on six hits and no walks against #25 Seton Hill.
Colby Wilson, D’Youville
Junior | 1B | Webster, NY
Wilson went 8-for-21 (.381) with four doubles, four runs scored, and an RBI this week for D'Youville. On Tuesday, he tallied a season-high three hits with two doubles and an RBI against #24 Millersville. He also posted multi-hit performances on Monday against Millersville and Friday against #25 Seton Hill.
Diego Wirz, Mercy
Junior | P | Stamford, CT
Wirz pitched 6.0 innings with one run and six hits allowed to go with two strikeouts to earn the win in game one over Kutztown on Saturday.
