Martin-Gibiard completed another 2-0 week against Division 1 competition, earning victories at No. 1 doubles and No. 6 singles vs. Fordham. The Queens junior began the contest with a 6-1 doubles win with teammate Adam Laur, defeating Dhillon Virdee-Oakley and Nicolas Garneir. The French native would complete his undefeated day with a three-set victory over Garneir to the score of 6-3, 4-6, 10-8 at No. 6 singles. The singles victory earned Martin-Gibiard his third in a row over Division I foes.

Ek Johansson made his QC debut against Division I Fordham on Friday afternoon. After dropping a tough doubles match at No. 2 court, the Queens junior earned a two-set singles victory at No. 4 over Stefan Stojanovic to the score of 6-3, 6-1.
Lucas Foix Sotos, Queens
Junior | Javea, Spain
Foix Sotos earned a No. 1 singles victory over Division I Fordham’s Dhillon Virdee-Oakley in a three-set victory. Foix-Sotos won the first set 7-5 before dropping a second set tiebreaker to the score of 6-7 (3-7) and went on to earn his second straight singles victory with a 6-2 third-set win.
Ghali Ouajahat Filali, District of Columbia
Sophomore | Casablanca, Morocco
Filali went 2-0 against Harford CC. At No. 3 doubles, the UDC sophomore teamed up with Filippo Vatteroni to defeat their opponents, 6-1. He then defeated Adrian Weisser 6-2, 6-1 at No. 4 singles.
Elouan Queguiner, District of Columbia
Freshman | La Ciotat, France
Queguiner went 2-0 against Harford CC in the Firebirds’ 5-2 victory. The UDC freshman teamed up with Sebastiano Palma to defeat their opponents, 7-5, on No. 2 court to clinch the doubles point before going on to defeat Lucas Fox 6-3, 6-1 at the No. 3 position.
