COLONIA, N.J. – The East Coast Conference and Athletic Solutions are proud to announce a new partnership to empower student-athletes through the launch of official NIL Locker Rooms.
As the Officially endorsed NIL store for the ECC, Athletic Solutions' innovative approach provides fans with direct access to officially licensed merchandise that supports all student-athletes. This marks a significant step in expanding Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, while strengthening the connection between fans and athletes at the ECC.
"I am excited to offer a new opportunity to our conference,” said Jessica Grasso, ECC Commissioner. "This partnership is designed to complement the NIL relationships our member institutions may already have in place. By working with Athletic Solutions at the conference level, we are providing an additional layer of resources, education, and opportunity that enhances campus-based efforts and expands support for our student-athletes."
Founded as the New York Collegiate Athletic Conference in 1989 and re-branded to the East Coast Conference in July 2006, the ECC was formed to enhance intercollegiate athletic competition among member institutions and to assist them in integrating athletics into their academic program in a fiscally sound way. The ECC is committed to the highest standards of scholarship, sportsmanship, teamwork, and citizenship. Its mission is to promote the total person concept in its student-athletes, which stresses the abilities to excel in academic achievement, athletic competition, and positive character traits.
The ECC sponsors the following championship sports: baseball; men’s and women’s basketball; women's bowling; men’s and women’s cross country; Esports; men’s and women’s lacrosse; softball; men’s and women’s tennis; men’s and women’s indoor track and field; men’s and women’s outdoor track and field; men’s and women’s soccer; and men's and women’s volleyball.
The East Coast Conference is a proud member of the NCAA and Division II.
