COMPLETE RESULTS

Zibbel’s 10k time of 32:27.4 was good for 176th place in the field of 259 runners.

ECC individual runner-up Trevor Heitkamp followed with a 208th-place finish (32:51.3) while Vincent Ciraolo (215th, 32:58.6), Charlie Matzke (240th, 33:37.7), and Joel Amstutz (252nd, 34:34.6) rounded out the scoring for RWU.

Caleb Price (253rd, 34:4.07) and Aiden McDonald (255th, 35:01.7) finished as the Redhawks' No. 6 and No. 7 runners.

The race marked Roberts Wesleyan’s fourth consecutive appearance at the NCAA Division II Men’s Cross Country Championship; the Redhawks had earned a team AQ out of the NCAA Men’s Cross Country East Region Championship by finishing as one of the top-three teams with a runner-up finish.

Daemen junior CJ Johnson, the ECC individual champion, finished with a 10k time of 32:53.4 to place 211th. Johnson was in 253rd after the first 1k and moved up 42 places throughout the race.

Johnson had earned an at-large bid after placing seventh overall as the third-fastest finisher not on one of the top-three teams at the NCAA East Regional. The top two finishers not on one of the top-three teams earn immediate automatic bids to NCAAs, and Johnson turned in a 10k time of 32:19.8 to miss an AQ by just 10.2 seconds. The Daemen junior was then announced to have qualified for NCAAs through the at-large selection process on November 10.
