Watson led all ECC runners at the Adelphi Panthers Invitational on Friday afternoon, placing seventh in a field of 107 runners. Paced by a 5:19.8 mile average, Watson finished the 4.97 mile course in 26:29.4 to lead Molloy to a fifth-place team finish out of 14 teams.

Freshman | East Islip, NY
Stassi led all ECC freshmen at the Adelphi Panthers Invitational on Friday afternoon, running the 4.97 mile course in 29:41.2 for 36th overall in a field of 107.
Women's Runner of the Week
Lainie Smith, D'Youville
Junior | Lancaster, NY
Smith led all ECC runners at the Doug Watts Open on Saturday morning, placing fifth in a field of 54 runners. Clocking in at 11:26.4 after 3k, Smith finished the race with a 5k time of 18:53.00 to lead the Saints to a fourth-place team finish in a field of six teams.
Women's Rookie of the Week
Carli Sheiffele, Molloy
Freshman | Mount Sinai, NY
In her collegiate debut at the Adelphi Panthers Invitational on Friday afternoon, Sheiffele led all ECC rookies with a 14th-place showing in a field of 98 runners. Paced by a 6:41.0 mile average, Sheiffele finished the 3.11 mile course in 20:47.0, the second-fastest overall time by a rookie, to help Molloy to a second-place team finish out of 13 teams.

Sophomore | Wooster, OH
Keating posted the first sub-21:00 6k time of his career at the Doug Watts Open with a time of 20:51.90, good for 14th place in a field of 61. The performance marked the second-fastest by an ECC runner at the meet.
John Ray, Queens
Senior | Bellerose, NY
Ray led all Knights and finished as the second-fastest ECC runner at the Adelphi Panthers Invitational on Friday afternoon, placing 10th in a field of 107 runners. Paced by a 5:22.1 mile average, Ray finished the 4.97 mile course in 26:40.8 to lead Queens to a sixth-place team finish out of 14 teams.
Henry Smith, D'Youville
Junior | Lockport, NY
Smith placed sixth in a field of 61 runners, coming in with a time of 20:11.00 at the Doug Watts Open 6k, hosted by Edinboro University. The performance marked the fastest by an ECC runner at the meet.

Camryn Bailey, Daemen
Graduate Student | Geneva, NY
Bailey led all Wildcat runners and finished as the second-fastest ECC runner with a 5k time of 19:15.50 at the Doug Watts Open on Saturday morning, good for an eight-place finish in a field of 54. Bailey's top-ten finish led Daemen to a third-place team finish in a field of six.

Healy finished as the second-fastest ECC runner at the Adelphi Panthers Invitational on Friday afternoon, placing seventh in a field of 98 runners. Paced by a 6:25.1 mile average, Healy finished the 3.11 mile course in 19:57.6 to help Molloy to a second-place team finish out of 13 teams.

Mow led all Knights and finished as the third-fastest ECC runner at the Adelphi Panthers Invitational on Friday afternoon, placing ninth in a field of 98 runners. Paced by a 6:31.5 mile average, Mow finished the 3.11 mile course in 20:17.3 to lead Queens to a seventh-place team finish out of 13 teams.
Sabrina Spezia, Molloy

Spezia led all ECC runners at the Adelphi Panthers Invitational on Friday afternoon, placing sixth in a field of 98 runners. Paced by a 6:24.8 mile average, Spezia finished the 3.11 mile course in 19:56.7 to lead Molloy to a second-place team finish out of 13 teams.
