Robby Sheuing Garners Men’s Tennis Scholar-Athlete Honors

Central Islip, N.Y. - Junior Robby Scheuing from Queens College has been named the 2010 ECC Men’s Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

Scheuing helped his team to an ECC Regular Season and Tournament Title as well as advance to the NCAA Sweet 16.  He compiled a 6-3 record in singles while going a nearly perfect 10-1 in doubles action.  He boasts a 3.969 as a Business Marketing major and is currently the SAAC representative for the Knights’ men’s tennis team.

East Coast Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year Awards are nominated by their institution and voted upon by the Faculty Athletic Representatives from each ECC institution.
