Offensive Player of the Week
Tommy Gunn (Queens)
Sr., F, Buenos Aires, Argentina, IMG Academy
Senior Tommy Gunn paced the regionally ranked No. 4 Knights with a career-best performance in Queens’ 5-1 victory over regionally ranked No. 10 East Stroudsburg Saturday. Gunn recorded his first brace of the season and the second of his career, while adding a career-best two assists. His six points were also a career best, as Queens earned its first road victory over the Warriors in program history.
Defensive Player of the Week
Philip Hauge (Mercy)
Jr., D, Bergen, Norway, St. Paul Vidergaende/Central Connecticut State University
Hauge played all 90 minutes in both games of a 1-0-1 week for Mercy. The junior helped lead a Maverick backline that posted shutouts at 2025 NCAA Tournament participant Adelphi on Wednesday and defending CACC Champion Bridgeport on Sunday. Hauge scored his first collegiate goal in the Mavericks' 2-0 win at Bridgeport on Sunday, giving Mercy a critical insurance goal before halftime against the regionally-ranked Purple Knights.
Goalkeeper of the Week
Harry Cooke (Mercy)
Jr., GK, Saint Albans, England, D'Youville University
Cooke went 1-0-1 in goal with two shutouts, eight saves, a 1.000 save percentage and 0.00 goals-against average. The junior opened the week making his first start of the season at 2025 NCAA Tournament participant Adelphi on Wednesday. Cooke made three saves to earn a 0-0 draw, including a diving save on a penalty kick in the 69th minute, to preserve the shutout. The junior ended the week with a career-high and game-high five saves at defending CACC Champion and regionally-ranked Bridgeport on Sunday, recording his first collegiate win in the Mavericks' 2-0 win.
Rookie of the Week
Stian Haugland (Queens)
Fr., GK, Sandnes, Norway, Sandnes Videregående Skole
Stian Haugland made his collegiate debut against regionally ranked No. 10 East Stroudsburg Saturday. In his first career start, Haugland recorded six saves to help Queens secure a 5-1 victory over the Warriors and earn its first road win over East Stroudsburg in program history.
Weekly Honor Roll
Keithland Cesar (Queens)
Sr., F, Brooklyn, NY, Sunset High School
Senior Keithlend Cesar recorded a career-best four-point performance in the Knights’ 5-1 victory over regionally ranked No. 10 East Stroudsburg Saturday. Cesar opened the afternoon with his first career assist, setting up sophomore Bradyn Brown’s game-winning goal in the first half. In the second half, Cesar added his second assist of the match before capping the scoring with his first career goal, helping Queens secure its first road victory over the Warriors in program history.
Jacob Darwesh Lund-Iversen (Mercy)
Sr., F, Oslo, Norway, Maryville University
Lund-Iversen scored the game-winning goal in the 3rd minute of action in Mercy's 2-0 win at defending CACC Champion and regionally-ranked Bridgeport on Sunday. The senior now has a team-high three goals and seven points on the year.
Dante Muntane (St. Thomas Aquinas)
So., GK, Rosario, Argentina, Instituto La Inmaculada School
Muntane earned his first clean sheet of the season, a scoreless draw with American International this past weekend. The sophomore goalkeeper made six saves over 90 minutes to preserve the shutout.
Sincere Noble (Daemen)
Fr., F, Baltimore, Md., Sparrows Point
Noble scored his second goal of the season against Saint Anselm. He found the back of the net in the 71st minute to even the score at 1-1 at the time.
Christopher Ruiz (District of Columbia)
Fr., F, Bowie, Maryland, Bowie Highschool
In the Firebirds’ 2-0 victory over Seton Hill, Ruiz scored the first collegiate goal of his career, helping UDC secure the shutout victory. He followed that performance with another goal against Slippery Rock, scoring the Firebirds’ lone goal of the game in the loss. Ruiz finished the week with two goals in two matches, in a 1-1 week, scoring two of the Firebirds three goals on the week.

Founded as the New York Collegiate Athletic Conference in 1989 and rechristened the East Coast Conference in July 2006, the ECC was formed to enhance intercollegiate athletic competition among member institutions and to assist them in integrating athletics into their academic program in a fiscally sound way. The ECC is committed to the highest standards of scholarship, sportsmanship, teamwork, and citizenship. Its mission is to promote the total person concept in its student-athletes, which stresses the abilities to excel in academic achievement, athletic competition, and positive character traits. East Coast Conference members include: Daemen University (Amherst, N.Y.); University of the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.); D'Youville University (Buffalo, N.Y.); Mercy University (Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.); Molloy University (Rockville Centre, N.Y.); Queens College (Flushing, N.Y.); Roberts Wesleyan University (Rochester, N.Y.); College of Staten Island (Staten Island, N.Y.); and St. Thomas Aquinas College (Sparkill, N.Y.). The ECC also is home to 13 associate members in the sports of women’s bowling (3), men’s and women’s indoor track & field (3), men's volleyball (2), field hockey (1), and men’s lacrosse (1).
The ECC sponsors the following championship sports: baseball; men’s and women’s basketball; women's bowling; men’s and women’s cross country; field hockey; men’s and women’s lacrosse; men’s and women’s indoor track and field; men’s and women’s outdoor track and field; men’s and women’s soccer; softball; and men's and women’s volleyball.
The East Coast Conference is a proud member of the NCAA and Division II. Division II is a dynamic and engaging group of colleges, institutions and conferences of varying sizes and educational missions. Division II members encourage and support diversity; value sportsmanship, fairness and equity; and place the highest priority on the overall educational excellence of the student-athlete.
