Entering the weekend as the No. 1 seed, two-time tdefending champion Queens (16-4, 5-1 ECC) has appeared in each of the last 10 conference finals, winning six titles over the last seven tournaments, including a 4-1 victory over St. Thomas Aquinas last spring for the Knights’ 10th ECC Championship in program history. QC came out on top in conference play this spring with a pair of wins over both St. Thomas Aquinas and Daemen and a split with District of Columbia.

No. 2 St. Thomas Aquinas enters tournament play with a record of 15-5 (4-2 ECC). The Spartans have reached the last five conference finals, capturing their first-ever ECC Championship with a 4-0 victory over Queens in 2022.
