Moore had a solid week for the Saints, helping DYU go 2-0 and extend its winning streak to three games. The D’Youville redshirt junior guard posted a double-double with 16 points (7-of-9 FG) and 12 rebounds - 10 defensive - in an 84-66 win over District of Columbia before pouring in 20 points (8-of-13 FG) with seven rebounds in an 80-67 win over Staten Island. For the weekend, Moore shot 68.2 percent from the field, 66.7 percent from three, and 100 percent from the free throw line while averaging 18.0 points and 9.5 rebounds per game.
Defensive Player of the Week
Arnardo Camacho, Roberts Wesleyan

Camacho led RWU to a 1-1 conference week with a strong defensive showing across two games this weekend. In the 99-96 win over Mercy, the RWU junior guard posted his second triple-double of the season with 14 points, 11 rebounds (nine defensive), and 10 assists to go with one steal and four blocks. Camacho is one of five players in the country to have two triple-doubles on the year. Against St. Thomas Aquinas, Camacho dropped 13 points with 11 rebounds, all of which were defensive, with two assists, three steals, and three blocks. On the week, Camacho totaled 22 rebounds - 20 of which were defensive - with seven blocks and four steals in two games.

Nathan Robertson, Mercy

Robertson had a team-high 17 points with five assists, four rebounds, and two steals at Roberts Wesleyan on Friday.

Shaun Arnold, St. Thomas Aquinas
Sophomore | G/F | Indianapolis, IN
Arnold had a strong defensive week as STAC split a pair of contests. The STAC sophomore guard/forward averaged 16.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.0 assist and 3.5 steals per game for the Spartans. In the 78-75 road loss to Saint Anselm, Arnold tallied 17 points, grabbed eight rebounds, dished out one assist, and swiped four steals in 25 minutes. He followed up with 15 points, four rebounds, an assist, and three steals in 24 minutes in an 89-67 road win against Roberts Wesleyan. Arnold shot 52.0 percent (14-of-27) from the field.
Malik Brooks, Roberts Wesleyan
Graduate Student | G | Lockport, NY
Brooks scored 34 points this weekend with five rebounds and five assists. The RWU graduate student guard led Roberts Wesleyan with 22 points in the loss to STAC. Among ECC competitors, Brooks owns the first- and third-highest point scoring totals against STAC this year, having also scored 34 earlier this season.
Taj Chiles, Mercy
Senior | G | Harlem, NY
Chiles had a double-double by way of 12 points (4-of-7 FG) and a game- and career-high 14 assists to go along with a team-high six rebounds at Roberts Wesleyan on Friday. The senior had the most assists in a game by a Maverick in over 10 years.
Justin Glover, Daemen
Junior | G | Buffalo, NY
Glover averaged 14.5 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game, and 3.5 assists per game and drilled nine three-pointers in Daemen’s 2-0 conference week as the No. 2/3 Wildcats improve to 19-0 overall (10-0 ECC). In Daemen’s 85-61 win over Staten Island on Friday, Glover dropped 14 points with four triples, four rebounds, and three assists. In Daemen’s 77-61 win over District of Columbia on Sunday, the junior guard posted 15 points on five three-pointers with six rebounds and four assists.
Matt Lane, Molloy
Graduate Student | C | Bethpage, NY
Lane had a double-double in Molloy’s 92-68 victory over Queens. The graduate student center netted 13 points and led the game with 18 rebounds while adding three assists, three steals, and a block.
Shedrach Makanjuola, Mercy
Sophomore | F | Boston, MA
Makanjuola had 16 points on 6-of-7 shooting with five rebounds and one assist at Roberts Wesleyan on Friday.
Messiah Mallory, Staten Island
Senior | F | Watervliet, NY
Mallory averaged 23.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, and 2.0 steals per game this week for the Dolphins in two contests on the road. On Friday at Daemen, the senior scored 25 points, grabbed six rebounds, and blocked two shots. On Sunday at D'Youville, he scored 21 points to go along with 11 rebounds and three steals. The double-double against the Saints was his fourth of the season.
Rob Matos, Molloy
Sophomore | G | Fredericksburg, VA
Matos shot nearly 50 percent from the field (11-of-23 FG), putting up 23 total points in Molloy's 92-68 victory over Queens on Saturday. The sophomore guard also tallied five rebounds, five assists, and one steal.
Luis Risquez, St. Thomas Aquinas
Senior | F | Barcelona, Venezuela
Risquez averaged 14.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, 1.0 assist, and 1.5 steals per game over two contests last week for STAC. The senior forward tallied 14 points, grabbed seven rebounds, dished out two assists, and blocked two shots in 22 minutes in a 78-75 road loss to Saint Anselm before recording 15 points, 13 rebounds, and a block in 26 minutes in an 89-67 road triumph over Roberts Wesleyan. Risquez shot 53.0 percent (10-of-19) from the field and 89.0 percent (8-of-9) from the charity stripe.
Ti Scruggs, D’Youville
Junior | F | Huntsville, AL
Scruggs was instrumental in the Saints going 2-0 on the week and extending the team's win streak to three games. Scruggs averaged 15.5 points per game while averaging 8.0 rebounds per game.
Jermaine Taggart II, Roberts Wesleyan
Senior | G | Rochester, NY
Taggart II led the Redhawks with 40 points in the two games this weekend and added nine rebounds and a pair of blocks. His big game was against Mercy when he led Roberts Wesleyan with 26 points on 11-of-17 (64.7 percent) shooting from the field.
