Leelan Maxwell, St. Thomas Aquinas
Sophomore | Sprints | Greenburg, N.Y.
Maxwell took first in the 200m field of 49 (22.66), second in both the 100m (11.27) and 4x100m relay (43.55), and fourth in the long jump (6.54m) at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Coach Omeltchenko Invitational last weekend, also helping his teammates to a first-place team finish.

Jon Moote, Daemen
Senior | Distance | Wilson, N.Y.
Moote placed first out of 22 runners in the 10,000 meters at the Slippery Rock Dave Labor Invitational with a Daemen program-record time of 32:27.48. He ran the 10,000 meters for just the second time in his career and eclipsed the previous program record of 32:55.47 set by Jeremy Rushok at the 2016 Cardinal Last Chance Meet, hosted by St. John Fisher. Moote's ECC-leading 10,000m time of 32:47.48 was nearly two minutes faster than his previous best time (34:13.57) and ranks as the fourth best time in the East Region for the 10,000 meters this year. Moote was also one of seven Daemen runners in the 800 meters. He led all Daemen entrants en route to a 24th-place finish out of 62 overall with a time of 2:03.69.

Emmanuel Mena Jimenez, St. Thomas Aquinas
Senior | Throws | West Haverstraw, N.Y.
Mena Jimenez won the shot put (14.66m), discus (46.80m) and hammer throw (49.01m) events at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Coach Omeltchenko Invitational last weekend, also helping his squad to a first-place team finish.

Isabella Farino-Esposito, St. Thomas Aquinas
Senior | Sprints | Pearl River, N.Y.
Farino-Esposito took first in the 400H (1:14.75) and 4x400m relay (4:24.21), second in the 4x100m relay (53.48), third in the 400m (1:05.27), and sixth in the javelin (24.28m) at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Coach Omeltchenko Invitational last weekend, also helping her teammates to a first-place team finish.

Iyanna Jackson, District of Columbia
Junior | Kingston, Jamaica
Jackson had a season-best meet at the Norfolk State Invitational, placing in the top three in both the 100m and 200m. The UDC junior ran a season-best 12.22 in the 100m trials and went on to place third in a field of 22 in the finals, clocking in at an ECC-best 12.15. Jackson later placed third out of 18 in the 200m with another ECC-best time of 25.20. Both of her times were the top Division II times of the meet and both rank second in the NCAA East Region.

Zoe Shaw, District of Columbia
Sophomore | Jumps | Kingston, Jamaica
On the first day of the Norfolk State Invitational meet, Shaw won the high jump in a field of 12 with an NCAA Division II provisional mark of 1.67m, which leads both the ECC and NCAA East Region. The UDC sophomore went on to place third in a field of 10 in the triple jump with another ECC-leading mark of 11.45m, which ranks fifth in the NCAA East Region.

Damilola Babalola, Queens
Sophomore | West Hempstead, N.Y.
Competing in the Coach Omeltchenko Invitational Sunday afternoon, Babalola placed third in the 110H with a time of 16.77 as he recorded the fastest time among ECC opponents this year. He would conclude his day recording a career-best time in the 400H with a time of 1:00.13 to place fourth to record another season-high time among ECC opponents; that performance ranks eighth in the ECC.
Peter Bagattine, Molloy
Freshman | Bay Shore, N.Y.
Bagattine won the 5000m race at the Wilton Wright Invitational, running a time of 15:48.51, which ranks third in the ECC.
Jayden Bennermon, St. Thomas Aquinas
Senior | Jumps | Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
Bennermon placed first in the high jump (2.00m), second in both the triple jump (13.64m) and 4x100m relay (43.55), and fifth in the long jump (6.48m) at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Coach Omeltchenko Invitational last weekend, also helping his squad to a first-place team finish.

Freshman | Trinidad and Tobago
Competing in the Coach Omeltchenko Invitational Sunday afternoon, Guy tied his career-best time in the 100m at 11.18 to qualify for the finals. In the 100m final, Guy would earn a first-place finish with a time of 11:38.

Junior | Forest Hills, N.Y.
Competing in the Coach Omeltchenko Invitational Sunday afternoon, Tan placed second in the javelin throw with a mark of 42.56m.

Melia Couchman, Roberts Wesleyan
Freshman | Pole Vault | Herkimer, N.Y.
Couchman won the pole vault at the University of Rochester Alumni Invitational. Couchman cleared 3.78m (12-feet 3-¼ inch) to win the event and exceed the NCAA Division II provisional mark (3.77m). That mark ranks second in both the ECC and NCAA East Region.
Nicole Gysin, St. Thomas Aquinas

Gysin placed first in the 100H (17.47) and triple jump (10.31m) and third in the high jump (1.45m) at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Coach Omeltchenko Invitational last weekend, also helping her squad to a first-place team finish.
Ayesha Jarrett, District of Columbia

Jarrett ran a season- and ECC-best time of 58.16 in the 400m to place fourth in a field of 17 at the Norfolk State Invitational.
Madelyn McMath, Queens
Sophomore | Carmel, N.Y.
Competing in the Coach Omeltchenko Invitational Sunday afternoon in the field events, McMath placed sixth in the shot put with a mark of 9.12m to record a new career-best mark while placing third in the javelin throw with a mark of 25.03m.
Khareena Primus, Queens
Senior | St. Andrew, Grenada
Competing in the Coach Omeltchenko Invitational Sunday afternoon in the 200m, Primus placed first with a time of 25.82 as the senior recorded the second-fastest time of the year. Primus would set a new career-best time of 1:01.63 in the 400m as she placed first and recorded the second-fastest time among ECC opponents on the year.
Kristen Oliver, Daemen
Freshman | Throws | Massena, N.Y.
Making her outdoor collegiate debut, Oliver posted a school-record effort in the hammer throw at the Slippery Rock Dave Labor Invitational. Oliver, who did not compete in the season-opening meet at SUNY Geneseo last week, placed sixth out of 41 throwers with a toss of 43.93 meters, eclipsing the previous record of 43.25 meters set by graduate student Tima Abdellatif last week. Oliver's effort ranks as the fifth-best effort in the East Region this season. Oliver also took part in the discus and shot put. She placed second among Daemen entrants and 41st overall in the discus (25.88 meters) and first among Daemen throwers and 24th in the shot put (10.10 meters).
Lainie Smith, D’Youville

Smith took home a second-place finish in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:41.36 at the Dave Labor Invitational on Saturday.
Emily Strunk, St. Thomas Aquinas

Strunk placed first in the shot put (ECC-leading 13.39m), once again breaking the school record, and second in the discus (33.08 meters) events at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Coach Omeltchenko Invitational last weekend, also helping her squad to a first-place team finish.
