Men's Track Athlete of the Week
Nicholas Seitz, St. Thomas Aquinas
Freshman | Middle Distance | Huntington, N.Y.
Seitz competed in two events at the Alan Connie Shamrock Classic in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The freshman middle distance runner placed third out of 34 in the mile with a time of 4:46.15, which is also an NCAA Division II provisional mark. He also finished fifth out of 28 in the in the 800m with a time of 2:07.85.

Mena Jimenez competed in three events at the Alan Connie Shamrock Classic in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The senior thrower placed first out of 52 in the discus (48.65m/159' 7") and first out of 51 in the hammer throw (56.64m/185' 10") events and second out of 56 in the shot put (15.24m/50' 0").
Women's Track Athlete of the Week
Iyanna Jackson, District of Columbia
Junior | Kingston, Jamaica
Jackson ran a time of 25.44 in her 200m opener to place 10th out of 96 runners at the Alan Connie Shamrock Classic this weekend. That performance tops both the ECC and NCAA East Region.
Women's Field Athlete of the Week
Emmanuela Katou Kouami, District of Columbia
Sophomore | Throws | Bronx, N.Y.
Kouami threw 40.05m in the hammer throw to place 22nd out of 61 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Classic in Myrtle Beach, S.C. She went on to PR in the shot put with a throw of 11.59m to place 11th out of 59. Kouami’s hammer throw mark tops both the ECC and NCAA East Region while her shot put tops the ECC and ranks second in the NCAA East Region.

Bennermon competed in three events at the Alan Connie Shamrock Classic in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The senior jumper placed third out of 19 in the triple jump (14.50m/47' 7”), fourth out of 12 in the high jump (1.93m/6' 4”), and seventh out of 55 in the long jump (6.97m/22' 10.5").

Jarrett clocked in at 59.64 in the 400m to place ninth in a field of 39 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Classic.

Merryman competed in the 10,000m at the Alan Connie Shamrock Classic in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The freshman long distance runner placed seventh out of ten with a time of 41:39.09.

Freshman | Jumps/Throws | Hyde Park, N.Y.
Rider competed in the high jump at the Alan Connie Shamrock Classic in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The freshman jumper placed third out of seven with a leap of 1.48m (4' 10.25").
Rain Sheppard, District of Columbia
Freshman | Distance | Brooklyn, N.Y.
Sheppard clocked in at 2:21.04 in the 800m to finish ninth in a field of 26 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Classic.
