ALLENDALE, Mich. – Roberts Wesleyan's Brynn King broke the all-time NCAA Division II national record in the indoor pole vault for the seventh time this season with a mark of 4.61m (15' 1 1/2") on Saturday afternoon. In the midst of a historic season, King now owns eight of the top nine marks in NCAA Division II history.
King posted her NCAA-leading mark at the Grand Valley State University Big Meet on Saturday afternoon, held at GVSU's Laker Turf Building. She now owns the second-best indoor pole vault mark out of all three NCAA divisions this season, trailing only Hana Moll of the University of Washington (4.64m/15' 2 3/4") and ties for 10th among all competitors from any division in NCAA history.

King, who is a transfer student from Duke University, came to Roberts Wesleyan to train under Olympic gold medalist Jenn Suhr.
