Ibrahima Diallo, Staten Island

Diallo posted a pair of ECC-leading times at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational on Friday. The CSI junior dropped a 400m time of 51.02 to place 15th in the field of 88 and ran the second leg of the Distance Medley Relay that recorded an ECC- and NCAA East Region-leading time of 11:10.22, which was good for seventh in a field of 16 squads.

Emmanuel Mena Jimenez, St. Thomas Aquinas
Graduate Student | Throws | West Haverstraw, NY
Mena Jimenez won the shot put (15.31m, field of 18) and weight throw (20.74m PR, field of 17) at the Wagner Invitational two weeks ago before winning the weight throw (20.43m, field of 38) and placing fifth in the shot put (14.62m, field of 54) at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational on Friday. Mena Jimenez’s collegiate-best weight throw mark of 20.74m exceeds the NCAA provisional standard by 2.54m, tops both the ECC and NCAA East Region, and ranks third across all of NCAA Division II. His shot put mark of 15.31m ranks second in the ECC and fifth in the NCAA East Region.

Chantoya Thomas, Felician
Senior | Sprinter | Spanish Town, Jamaica
Thomas placed third - and was the top Division II finisher - in a field of 54 in the 400m (59.32) and eighth in a field of 86 in the 200m (25.87) at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational on Friday. Both of those times top the ECC and rank in the NCAA East Region’s top six.

Emmanuela Katou Kouami, District of Columbia
Junior | Bronx, NY
Katou Kouami won the weight throw in a field of 12 with a new school-record mark of 15.08m at the Kaye & JJ Invitational. That mark tops the ECC and ranks second in the NCAA East Region. The UDC junior also placed second in a field of 14 in the shot put with a throw of 10.79m, which ranks fifth in the ECC.
Brynn King, Roberts Wesleyan
Graduate Student | Pole Vault | The Woodlands, TX
King was the top vaulter at the prestigious Pole Vault Convention and Throw Festival over the Weekend in Akron, OH. The RWU graduate student was one of six elite vaulters that competed in a special session on Friday night at the convention, and she won the competition with a height of 4.45m (14' 7 1/4”).

Javon Bowen, Holy Family
Junior | Jumps | Kingston, Jamaica
Bowen broke his own school record to win the long jump (7.69m, field of 49) at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational on Friday. The mark exceeds the NCAA provisional standard by .53m, tops both the ECC and NCAA East Region, and ranks second across all of Division II.
Jurrel Hall, Molloy
Sophomore | Jumps | West Hempstead, NY
At the West Point Open, Hall set a Molloy program record for the third-straight meet with a distance of 1.95m in the high jump. The mark was good for fifth in a field of 14 and ties for sixth in the NCAA East Region. The Molloy sophomore also placed fifth in a field of 27 in the long jump (6.61m) and fifth in a field of 10 in the triple jump (13.47m).
Devin Jones, Felician
Senior | Jumps | Neptune, NJ
Jones placed third in a long jump field of 47 with an NCAA provisional mark of 7.33m (24’ 3/4”) at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational on Friday.
Thomas McConnelee, Roberts Wesleyan
Freshman | Throws | Carlisle, NY
McConnelee improved RWU’s school record in the weight throw over the weekend at the Pole Vault Convention and Throw Festival in Akron, OH. The Roberts Wesleyan freshman finished sixth overall out of 10 elite throwers with a final distance of 17.09 meters (56' 1"). That mark ranks second in the ECC and McConnelee had set the school record in his first career meet in the fall with a toss of 54' 1" at Houghton and improved that mark by two feet at the elite meet in Akron on Sunday.
Nishorn Pierre, Holy Family
Senior | Jumps | Grenada
Pierre won two golds at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational on Friday, topping respective fields of 27 in the high jump (NCAA provisional mark of 2.08m) and 21 in the long jump (14.10m). The high jump clearance extended his league lead and moved him into a tie for 11th in NCAA Division II.

Songor ran an ECC-leading 500m time of 1:05.94 to place fifth in a field of 35 entries at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational on Friday.

Graduate Student | Multi-Events | Ridgefield Park, NJ
Carroll placed third in a triple jump field of 32 with a mark of 11.56m (37’ 11 1/4”) at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational on Friday.
Kayla Cooper, District of Columbia
Junior | Brooklyn, NY
Cooper placed second in the 60m dash field of 20 with a time of 7.89 at the Kaye & JJ Invitational. The UDC junior ran the fastest time in the preliminaries with a time of 7.81. Cooper went on to win the 200m in a field of 19 with a time of 26.33.
Sarah Ferguson, Roberts Wesleyan
Sophomore | Pole Vault | Lexington, KY
Fergusson tied for second place overall in a field of 13 in the top college division at the Pole Vault Convention and Throws Festival at Akron, OH. Ferguson cleared 3.83m (12' 6 3/54) and was the top Division II pole vaulter in the event, which was held Saturday at the University of Akron.
Maya Harper, Holy Family
Sophomore | Middle Distance | Pleasantville, NJ
Harper placed 12th in a field of 38 with a 500m PR of 1:20.74 at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational on Friday; that time ranks fourth in the ECC this season. She then led off the 4x400m relay team that earned bronze in a field of 13, as HFU combined to finish in 4:06.38.
Sophia Hines, Molloy
Freshman | Jumps/Sprints | Merrick, NY
Hines won the triple jump at the West Point Open, turning in a PR leap of 11.42m in a field of five. That performance ranks second in the ECC and third in the NCAA East Region. Hines also placed third in the long jump field of 11 with a distance of 5.01m.
Lainie Smith, D’Youville
Junior | Distance | Lancaster, NY
At the Southern Tier Invite on Saturday, Smith won the 3000m in a field of 27 with a PR time of 10:32.16. Converted to 10:26.79, that time tops the ECC and ranks third in the NCAA East Region.
Sabrina Spezia, Molloy
Senior | Distance | Centereach, NY
Spezia won the mile in a field of 22 with a Molloy-record time of 5:13.61 at the West Point Open. Converted to 5:10.54, that time ranks second in the ECC and third in the NCAA East Region.
