Alarcon helped drive a 2-0 week for the Dolphins with averages of 17.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.0 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game. In a 76-38 win over Wilmington, Alarcon grabbed 12 rebounds (10 defensive) and scrapped with seven points, four steals, three assists, and two blocks in 30 minutes. In the 68-64 overtime win vs. Pace, the CSI senior dropped 21 points on 7-of-9 shooting from the field and 7-of-9 shooting from the stripe with seven rebounds, five assists, two steals, and a block; Alarcon hit two clutch free throws to tie the game in the closing seconds of regulation. The Dolphins are now on a three-game winning streak.

Rookie of the Week
Aliviya Vallone Russell, D’Youville
Freshman | G | Buffalo, NY
Vallone Russell averaged 7.0 points per game, 4.5 assists per game, and 2.5 steals per game in two games for the Saints this week. In Saturday’s loss to Saint Anselm, Vallone Russell turned in the best performance of her college career thus far, scoring a team-high 12 points, dishing out a team-high four assists, and adding a block and a steal on the defensive end. In Thursday’s win over Lake Erie, Vallone Russell dished out a career-high five assists and recorded a career-high four steals.

Amani Abuhatab, Mercy
Sophomore | G | West Haven, CT
Abuhatab averaged a team-high 19.0 points per game on 68.4 percent shooting with 6.0 rebounds per game as Mercy went 1-1 on the week. The sophomore opened the week with 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting with nine rebounds against Dominican on Wednesday. The guard ended the week with a game-high 23 points on 7-of-8 shooting from the floor and 9-of-9 shooting from the foul line to go with three rebounds in Mercy's win at Caldwell on Saturday.
Angelina Barrera, Mercy
Junior | F | Gloucester City, NJ
Barrera averaged 16.5 points per game on 55.0 percent shooting with a team-high 10.0 rebounds, 2.5 blocks and 1.5 steals per game as Mercy went 1-1 on the week. The junior opened the week with a team-high 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting with 11 rebounds, five blocks and two steals against Dominican on Wednesday. The forward ended the week with 16 points and nine rebounds in the win at Caldwell on Saturday.
Danielle DiCintio, Daemen
Graduate Student | G | Somers, NY
DiCintio averaged 14 points per game in a pair of wins over Chestnut Hill and Saint Anselm this week. The graduate student posted a season-tying high 22 points against the Griffs on Thursday after shooting 7-of-16 from the field and knocking down 6-of-9 beyond the arc. DiCintio added six points off a pair of three pointers in Daemen's win over Saint Anselm on Sunday. She finished with four rebounds, five assists, four steals and a block on the weekend.
Georgia Haverlock, Roberts Wesleyan
Graduate Student | G | Ithaca, NY
Haverlock scored 15.0 points per game in a pair of games last week with 18 points in the midweek game against Cedarville and another 12 points over the weekend against Lake Erie. She also averaged 8.0 rebounds a game with a high of 10 against Lake Erie.
Anna Jankovic, D’Youville
Senior | G/F | Averill Park, NY
Jankovic averaged 12.0 points per game, 11.5 rebounds per game, and 2.5 steals per game in two games this week for D’Youville. In their win against Lake Erie on Thursday, Jankovic recorded her third consecutive double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds and added two steals on defense. On Saturday against Saint Anselm, Jankovic scored seven points, grabbed nine rebounds, and recorded three steals.
Laci Johnson, District of Columbia
Senior | G | Herndon, VA
Johnson posted a game-high 22 points against Virginia State, shooting 50 percent from the field and knocking down four threes. She added four rebounds and two steals.
Cecillia Lapertosa, Daemen
Junior | F | Whitesboro NY
Lapertosa totaled 21 rebounds in wins over Chestnut Hill and Saint Anselm over the week, averaging 10.5 boards per game. The junior forward posted a season-high 16 rebounds along with 13 points for her first double-double of the season in the Wildcats' 20-point win over Chestnut Hill on Thursday. She finished with 20 points, four steals, three assists and a block on the week.
Cassidy Mahaney, St. Thomas Aquinas
Sophomore | G | Frederick, MD
Mahaney averaged 15.0 points over two contests last week for STAC. The sophomore guard tallied 12 points, grabbed five rebounds, and dished out an assist in 20 minutes in an 79-53 loss to Holy Family before recording 18 points in 20 minutes in an 88-77 loss to Chestnut Hill. Mahaney shot 61.1 percent (11-of-18) from the field and 53.3 percent (8-of-15) from beyond the arc.
