INSTITUTIONS
ADELPHI UNIVERSITY
From Upstate New York: N.Y State Thruway (south), across the
Tappan Zee Bridge. Take Exit 8 (Cross Westchester Expressway) to
Sprain Brook Parkway (south) which becomes the Bronx River Parkway
as you enter New York City. Proceed to the Cross-Bronx Expressway
(east) to Throgs Neck Bridge exit. Cross Throgs Neck Bridge and
take Cross Island Parkway (south) to Grand Central Parkway (east).
Grand Central will become the Northern State Parkway at Nassau
County border. Take exit 26 S (New Hyde Park Road). Make a right
onto New Hyde Park Road and follow to Stewart Avenue (approximately
three miles). Turn left onto Stewart Avenue. Follow Stewart to
Nassau Boulevard. Turn right onto Nassau Blvd. And take an
immediate left onto South Avenue after crossing the train tracks.
Adelphi is five blocks down on the right hand side.
From New Jersey & South: I-95 North to Exit 13 (Route 287
east). Go through Staten Island and cross over the Verrazano
Narrows Bridge. Take the Belt Parkway east to the Southern State
Parkway east (towards Long Island). Follow Southern State to exit
17 north. At end of exit, turn right onto Hempstead Ave. At second
traffic light turn left onto Nassau Blvd. Proceed to South Ave.,
turn right, and Adelphi will be five blocks down on the right.
(Note: An Alternative from Northern New Jersey would be the George
Washington Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway to the Throgs Neck
Bridge. Then follow directions above for Upstate New York.)

Traveling South on I-95 (Towards New York): (Towards New York Take
Exit 27-Exit forks, take left hand fork marked Univ. of
Bridgeport.Parallel to I-95 (South St.) several blocks (stay to
right or you'll end up back on I-95) to end at Park Avenue. Turn
left onto Park, and continue south for .5 miles (just before arch)
and turn left onto Waldemere.
Traveling North on I-95 (from New York): Take Exit 27- go straight
to your third light and take a right onto Lafayette Blvd. At the
end of Lafayette Blvd. Take a right at the stop sign onto Waldemere
Ave., Harvey Hubbell Gym is on your right side.
Traveling South on routes 8 and 25: Take Exit 1- (Myrtle Avenue):
turn right at the light at the end of the ramp (Prospect Street).
At the next intersection, turn left onto Park Avenue and head south
(see directions from Park Avenue listed above.
Traveling North on Merritt Parkway (Route 15): Take Exit 49
(South) to Route 25/8 Connector to Exit 1 (Myrtle). Follow
directions from 25/8 above.
Traveling South on Merritt Parkway (Route 15): Southbound take
Exit 52 (south fork) to Route 25/8 Connector to Exit 1 (Myrtle).
Follow directions from 25/8.
CONCORDIA COLLEGE
HUTCHINSON PARKWAY NORTH to Exit 13 - Cross County Parkway West.
Get off at Exit 8 on right (Mt Vernon, No.Columbus Ave, Rt 22).
Make left onto Rt 22 at light at bottom of the ramp. Go 5 lights to
College.
HUTCHINSON PARKWAY SOUTH to Exit 18W - Mill Road, Eastchester. At
the end of the ramp turn right onto Mill Rd. At the 5th light ,
turn left onto Rt 22 South. Go 2 lights to the college. College
will be on the right past the church.
BRONX RIVER PARKWAY NORTH to Cross County Parkway East. Get off at
Exit 8 (Mt Vernon, No. Colombus Ave, Rt 22). Turn left onto Rt 22
South . Go 5 lights to College.
BRONX RIVER PARKWAY SOUTH to Cross County Parkway East. Get off at
Exit 8 (Mt Vernon, No. Colombus Ave, Rt 22). Turn left onto Rt 22
South. Go 5 lights to College.
SPRAIN PARKWAY SOUTH to Tuckahoe Road East exit. At end of ramp,
make right onto Tuckahoe Road. Proceed to the end. Opposite park,
make left onto Lake Ave. Make 1st right onto Main St. Proceed to
end. Make right onto Rt 22 south. Go 4 Blocks to College.
CROSS COUNTY PARKWAY EAST to Exit 8 (Mt. Vernon, No. Columbus Ave,
Rt 22). Make left at end of ramp onto Rt 22 North. Go 5 lights to
College.
FROM UPSTATE:
New York State Thruway across Tappen Zee Bridge onto I87 to exit
8, Cross Westchester Expressway/ I287 to exit 3 for the SPRAIN PKWY
SOUTH.

From New York City: Take Queens-Midtown Tunnel to Long Island
Expressway (I-495). Take Exit 39 and make a left at the light (Glen
Cove Road north). Go north for 2 miles; turn right (east) on
Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). C.W. Post is 2 miles on the
right.
From Bronx, Westchester and Points North: Take Throgs Neck Bridge
to Clearview Expressway (I-295) south. Exit to eastbound Long
Island Expressway (I-495); proceed to Exit 39 and continue as
indicated above.
From Southern New Jersey and Points South: Take the New Jersey
Turnpike to Exit 13. Cross the Goethels Bridge to I-278 east
(Staten Island Expressway). Cross the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to
the Belt Parkway east. Follow the Belt Parkway to the Cross Island
Parkway north (toward the Whitestone Bridge). Follow the Cross
Island Parkway to Exit 30 - Long Island (I-495) east. Take the Long
Island Expressway to Exit 39 and make a left at the light (Glen
Cove Road north). Go north for 2 miles; turn right (east) on
Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). C.W. Post is 2 miles on the
right.
From Northern New Jersey: Take the George Washington Bridge east
to the Cross Bronx Expressway. Cross the Throgs Neck Bridge then
follow directions given from Bronx, Westchester and Points
North
From Eastern Long Island: Take Long Island Expressway (I-495) to
Exit 41N (Route 107). Turn right (north) onto 107 north. Proceed to
Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). Turn left (west) at Northern
Boulevard. C.W. Post is on the left.
From South Shore of Long Island: In Nassau County, take Wantagh
State Parkway or Meadowbrook Parkway north to Northern State
Parkway Exit 31 (Glen Cove Road North). At light, turn left (north)
on Glen Cove Road. Proceed for 3 miles to Northern Boulevard (Route
25A), turn right (east). C.W. Post is 2 miles on the right. In
Suffolk County, take most convenient north-south road to the Long
Island Expressway (I-495) and follow directions given from Eastern
Long Island.
DOWLING COLLEGE

From Southwestern Long Island: Take Southern State Parkway east to
Exit 45E (Montauk Hwy, Eastern L.I.) Follow Montauk Hwy (Rte. 27A)
for approximately 2 miles. Pass one traffic light and the Bayard
Cutting Arboretum on your right. Continue on Montauk Hwy (27A).
Follow 27A (County Rd. 85) over railroad bridge continue on 27A for
approximately 2 miles. St. John’s is on the right.
From Southeastern Long Island: Take Sunrise Highway (Rt.27) west
to Exit 48 (Locust Ave.-Oakdale Bohemia). Follow to Oakdale Bohemia
Rd. Turn left and proceed to end of road, crossing the railroad
tracks of the Oakdale train station. Turn left onto Montauk Hwy
(Rte. 27A, Country Rd. 85, Main St.) and proceed east for
approximately 1.5 miles. St. John’s is on the right.
From Northwestern Long Island: Take Long Island Expressway (NY
495) east to Exit 53 (Sagtikos Pkwy). AT the end of the Sagtikos
Pkwy bear left-follow signs designated, “East-Heckscher State
Park”, Take Southern State Pkwy east to Exit 45E (Montauk
Hwy, Eastern L.I.) Follow Montauk Hwy (Rte. 27A) for approximately
2 miles. Pass one traffic light and the Bayard Cutting Arboretum on
your right. Continue on Montauk Hwy (27A). Follow 27A (County Rd.
85) over railroad bridge continue on 27A for approximately 2 miles.
St. John’s is on the right.
From Northeastern Long Island: Take Long Island Expressway (NY
495) west to Exit 62 (Nicolls Rd.). Go south on Nicolls Rd. to
Sunrise Hwy (Rte. 27). Turn right onto Sunrise Hwy (Rte. 27). Take
Sunrise Hwy (Rte. 27) west to Exit 48 Locust Ave.-Oakdale Bohemia.
Follow to Oakdale Bohemia Rd. Turn left and proceed to end of road,
crossing the railroad tracks of the Oakdale train station. Turn
left onto Montauk Hwy (Rte. 27A, Country Rd. 85, Main St.) and
proceed east for approximately 1.5 miles. St. John’s is on
the right.
MERCY COLLEGE (Dobbs Ferry Campus)
From Lower Westchester County & New York City:
Saw Mill River Pkwy (North): To Dobbs Ferry Exit. Turn left onto
Ashford Ave. Turn right onto Broadway (Rt 9), continue ½
mile to entrance on left
New York Thruway (North): To Exit 7, Ardsley. Turn right at end of
ramp and continue to traffic light. Turn left onto Ashford Ave.
Follow route as above.
From Northern Westchester & Putnam Counties:
Saw Mill River Pkwy (South): To Dobbs Ferry Exit. Exit onto
Ashford Ave. Follow route as above.
From Rockland & Orange Counties & New Jersey:
Tappan Zee Bridge: Exit immediately after toll (Exit 9). Turn left
at end of ramp onto Broadway (Rt 9). Continue 4 miles to entrance
on right.
From Westchester County & Connecticut:
Cross Westchester Expwy: (West), to New York Thruway (North): To
Exit 9, last exit before Tappan Zee Bridge. Turn left at end of
ramp onto Rt. 119. Turn left at traffic light onto Broadway (Rt.9).
Continue 4 miles to entrance on right.
MOLLOY COLLEGE
To Campus From All Points West:
Take the Southern State Parkway (reached via the Cross Island
Parkway from the Whitestone and Throgs Neck Bridges;
or via the Belt Parkway from the Verrazano Bridge) to either Exit
19 or Exit 20. Follow map below to campus.
To Campus From Upstate New York:
Take Route 87 South (NYS Thruway), to Route 95 South (Cross Bronx
Expressway), to Throgs Neck Bridge, to the Cross Island Parkway
East, to the Southern State Parkway to either Exit 19 or Exit 20.

To Campus From Staten Island and NJ:
Take the Verrazano Bridge, to the Belt Parkway East, to the

Center)
From New York and points west:
Connecticut Turnpike eastbound (I95 North): Take Exit 43, Campbell
Ave. Turn left off of the exit ramp, travel 0.9 miles to the sixth
traffic light, at Orange Ave. Turn left, travel to the top of the
hill, at the first traffic light turn right onto Pruden Street.
Travel .2 miles to the end. At the stop sign bear right and
immediately turn left onto Ursone Way. The North Campus Athletic
Center is straight ahead.
Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway northbound (Route 15): Take Exit 57,
Rt. 34 east (Derby Ave.), travel 3.4 miles to Rt. 122 (Forest
Road). Turn right, travel 1.0 miles to first traffic light, at Rt.
1 (Orange Ave.). Turn right, travel to the top of the hill, at the
first traffic light turn right onto Pruden Street. Travel .2 miles
to the end. At the stop sign bear right and immediately turn left
onto Ursone Way. The North Campus Athletic Center is straight
ahead.
From Hartford, Boston, Providence, New London, and points north
and east:
Connecticut Turnpike westbound ( I-95 South): Take Exit 43, First
Ave. Turn right off of the exit ramp, travel 0.5 miles to second
traffic light at Rt. 122 (Campell Ave.). Turn right onto Campbell
Ave. and travel 0.3 miles to the first traffic light, at Rt. 1
(Orange Ave.). Turn left, travel to the top of the hill, at the
first traffic light turn right onto Pruden Street. Travel .2 miles
to the end. At the stop sign bear right and immediately turn left
onto Ursone Way. The North Campus Athletic Center is straight
ahead.
Wilbur Cross Parkway southbound (Route 15): Take Exit 59, New
Haven. Turn right off of the exit ramp. Travel 0.3 miles to the
second traffic light. Turn left to merge with Rt. 63 (Shalley
Ave.). Travel 0.6 miles to the third traffic light, Rt. 122 (Dayton
St.). Turn right, travel one block to the first traffic light, turn
left and immediately turn right, staying on Rt. 122 (now Forest
Rd.). Travel 2.4 miles to third traffic light, Rt. 1 (Orange Ave.)
Turn right, travel to the top of the hill, at the first traffic
light turn right onto Pruden Street. Travel .2 miles to the end. At
the stop sign bear right and immediately turn left onto Ursone Way.
The North Campus Athletic Center is straight ahead.
NYIT
Old Westbury Campus (All sports, except Softball)
EAST from New York City and points west viathe Long Island
Expressway (I-495) : Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) east
to Exit 39, Glen Cove Road. From the exit ramp, turn left onto Glen
Cove Road—you'll be heading north. Travel north on Glen Cove
Road for approximately 2 miles. Turn right at Northern Boulevard
(Route 25A)—you'll be heading east. The Old Westbury campus
entrance is at the third traffic light on your right.
EAST from New York City and points west via the Northern Parkway:
Take the Northern Parkway to Exit 31, Glen Cove Road. From the exit
ramp, turn left onto Glen Cove Road—you'll be heading north.
Travel north on Glen Cove Road for approximately 4 miles. Turn
right at Northern Boulevard (Route 25A)—you'll be heading
east. The Old Westbury campus entrance is at the third traffic
light on your right.
WEST from Suffolk County via the Long Island Expressway (I-495):
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) west to Exit 41N, Route
106/107 North. From the exit ramp, turn right onto Route
106/107—you'll be heading north. After approximately a
half-mile, this road divides—stay to the left for Route 107.
Travel north on Route 107 for approximately 3 miles. Turn left at
Northern Boulevard (Route 25A)—you'll be heading west. The
Old Westbury campus entrance is at the fourth traffic light on your
left.
WEST from Suffolk County via the Northern Parkway : Take the
Northern Parkway west to Exit 35N, Route 106/107 North. From the
exit ramp, turn right onto Route 106/107—you'll be heading
north. After approximately three-quarters of a mile, this road
divides—stay to the left for Route 107. Travel north on Route
107 for approximately 3 miles. Turn left at Northern Boulevard
(Route 25A)—you'll be heading west. The Old Westbury campus
entrance is at the fourth traffic light on your left.
NORTH from southern Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau and Suffolk: From
southern Queens and Brooklyn, take the Cross-Island Parkway or the
Clearview north to the Long Island Expressway (I-495) east. Then
follow the directions for EAST from New York City andpoints west
via the Long Island Expressway.
From southwestern or south central Nassau, take the Meadowbrook
Parkway north to its merge with the Northern Parkway. When the road
divides, bear left for Northern Parkway west to Exit 31, Glen Cove
Road. Follow the ramp straight to the traffic light and
left—you'll be heading north. Travel north on Glen Cove Road
for approximately 4 miles to Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). Turn
right on Northern Boulevard—you'll be heading east. The Old
Westbury campus entrance is at the third traffic light on your
right. From southeastern Nassau or Suffolk, take the Seaford-Oyster
Bay Expressway (Route 135) north to the Long Island Expressway
(I-495). Then follow directions for WEST from Suffolk County via
the Long Island Expressway.
(Central Islip Campus (Softball)
EAST from New York City and points west via the Long Island
Expressway (I-495): Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) east to
Exit 56, Route 111. From the exit ramp, turn right at the first
traffic light onto Route 111—you'll be heading south.
Immediately bear to the left onto Wheeler Road/County Road
17—you'll be heading south. Wheeler Road/County Road 17 turns
into Carleton Avenue. Travel south on Carleton Avenue for
approximately 2½ miles and turn left into the Central Islip
campus entrance.
EAST from New York City and point west via the Southern Parkway:
Take the Southern Parkway east to Exit 43A, Central Islip. From the
exit ramp, bear to the right onto Carleton Avenue/County Road
17—you'll be heading north. Travel north on Carleton Avenue
approximately mile and turn right into campus entrance.
WEST from eastern Suffolk County via the Long Island Expressway
(I-495): Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) west to Exit 56,
Route 111. From the exit ramp, turn left at the first traffic light
onto Route 111—you'll be heading south. Immediately bear to
the left onto Wheeler Road/County Road 17—you'll be heading
south. Wheeler Road/County Road turns into Carleton Avenue. Travel
south on Carleton Avenue for approximately 2½ miles and turn
left into the Central Islip campus entrance.
WEST from eastern Suffolk County via Sunrise Highway (Route 27):
Take Sunrise Highway (Route 27) to Carleton Avenue North exit. From
the exit ramp, bear right onto Carleton Avenue/County Road
17—you'll be heading north. Travel north on Carleton Avenue
for approximately 1½ miles and turn right into campus
entrance.
QUEENS COLLEGE
From Long Island and Points East:
Take the LIE westbound; watch for QC signs. If you need to get to
the Main Gate on Kissena, get off at Exit 24 (Kissena Blvd.) Make a
left at the light and take overpass onto Kissena Blvd. If you want
Colden parking, get off at Exit 23, tum left on to Main Street
overpass. Watch for QC signs to Colden parking.
From Manhattan and Points West:
Take the L.l.E. eastbound;-watch for QC signs. Get off at Exit 24
(Kissena Blvd.) If you need the Main Gate on Kissena, continue down
the service road until the first traffic light (Kissena Blvd.) Make
a right onto Kissena Blvd. If you want Colden parking, watch for
signs as soon as you exit L.l.E. Do not go to traffic light.
Subways:
1. Via Flushing: Take the Long Island Railroad or the #7 subway
to Main St., Flushing. From Main Street, take the Q25, Q25-34, Q34
or Q17 bus.
2. Via Forest Hills: Take the E, F, G, R subway to the 71st and
Continental Ave., Forest Hills stop. Take the exit marked "North
side 70 Ave and 108 St." At the corner, take the Q65A bus to
Kissena Blvd. and Jewel Ave. Stops one block south of the
campus.
3. Via Jamaica: Take the F subway to Parsons Blvd. or the LIRR to
the Jamaica Station. From Jamaica Avenue & 160th Street or
Hillside Avenue & Parsons Blvd. in Jamaica, take the Q25,
Q25-34 or Q34 bus. From Hillside Avenue & either 169th or 179th
Street in Jamaica, take the Q17 bus to the LIE & Kissena
Blvd.
4. Via Kew Gardens: Take the E or F subway to Union Turnpike. Take
Q74 Vleigh Place shuttle to main gate.
ST. THOMAS AQUINAS COLLEGE
From New York City via George Washington Bridge (upper level):
Bear right while crossing bridge, following signs to the Palisades
Interstate Parkway. Take the Palisades Parkway North to Exit 5N
(Sparkill-Route 303 North). Bear right coming off the ramp and go
north on Route 303 to the first traffic light. Turn right on Route
340. The college is about ½ mile on your left. Follow signs
to Aquinas Hall (gymnasium)
From New Jersey and points south: Take New Jersey Turnpike to last
exit before George Washington Bridge. Follow signs for the
Palisades Interstate Parkway and proceed as outlined above.
From Westchester County or Connecticut via Tappan Zee Bridge: Take
New York State Thruway to Exit 12. Bear right coming off ramp and
travel south on Route 303 for about four miles. Turn left on Route
340 and proceed as outlined above.
From Albany, Orange County or points north: Take New York State
Thruway South to Exit 12. Follow signs for Route 303 south. Proceed
south on Route 303 for four miles. Turn left on Route 340 and
proceed as outlined above.
